We don't believe in Christening babies, baptism is a choice that needs to be made when our children are old enough to make that choice for themselves. So instead we dedicate them to God and in front of our friends and family at church vow to raise them as Christ would. Both Aidan and Chloe were dedicated as babies and today was Brenna's turn. We wanted to do this sooner but with Matt's deployment it was a little hard. Poppa joined us for the event as well.
Brenna did great considering that we were at the late service and she was so tired. All she wanted was to go to sleep but there was too much going on. She even went to Pastor Dave and let him hold her (which is amazing since she doesn't always go to strangers).
